Cancellation Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Release: By enrolling in classes with Tropics K9 Academy/Dog Sports Miami, all payments made are for services rendered and secure a position in the class. Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least one week prior to the class start date. I acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any risks, accidents, injuries, or damages caused by my dog to myself, others, or property. I agree that Tropics K9 Academy/Dog Sports Miami, its instructors, members, or affiliates shall not be held liable under any circumstances for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, including incidents involving other dogs or negligence. 2. Vaccinations: I certify that my dog has received all required vaccinations within the past 12 months prior to attending any training class. 3. Agreement to Rules: I have read and agree to follow all Rules and Regulations of Tropics K9 Academy/Dog Sports Miami. I understand that failure to comply may result in dismissal from classes without refund. RULES & REGULATIONS Only enrolled dogs are permitted at the training site. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting. Dogs must remain under control at all times and may only be off-leash under instructor direction. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Physical abuse or harsh corrections are strictly prohibited. Individuals with a history of animal abuse or not in good standing with the American Kennel Club are not permitted. Participants unable to control their dogs or safely work around others may be asked to leave. Proper training equipment is required for all classes. Dogs should be relieved prior to arrival. Owners are responsible for cleaning up any accidents on premises. Sick dogs are not allowed. Dogs in season require instructor approval. Smoking is prohibited in all training areas, grounds, and adjacent parking areas. Providing false information will result in removal from training. Failure to comply fully with rules may result in expulsion without refund. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
